Northpointe II property owners are members of Northpointe II HOA and also members of Northpointe Commons (master association), and pay dues separately, monthly to each of these associations, which are managed by separate community management organizations and separate HOA Boards, whose members are elected at an annual meeting. ​Northpointe Commons (master association) HOA Board manages the pool area, playground, racquet and volleyball courts, and associated parking area. HOA Board meetings for both associations are open to all members.

As of Jan. 1, 2025, dues for Northpointe II HOA should be paid to GUD Community Management.
