Our goal is to have open lines of communication and maintain Northpointe II in a quality manner. All HOA Board meetings are open to property owners and residents, and all agendas posted in advance.

At the Oct. 1 HOA Board meeting, of the 3-person HOA Board, the HOA Board President and Vice-President resigned. At this same meeting, the community manager announced her resignation. Per the Northpointe HOA by-laws, Article IV, Section 3, “In the event of death, resignation or removal of a director, his successor shall be selected by the remaining members of the Board . . . “. On Oct. 7, the remaining HOA Board member appointed two property owners to fill these vacant positions.
